Mascara was awarded the Solar Impulse Foundation Precious Water Price by FAMAE for its innovative solar powered desalination solution OSMOSUN®!

This price reward entrepreneurs designing a simple and innovative products or service to preserve water, make it cleaner and accessible to everyone, all over the world.

It has been awarded to Mascara team during the Vivatech Forum in Paris, by Eric Philippon, CEO of the FAMAE Foundation, Diane D’Arras, President of the International Water Association and Jonathan Derain from the Solar Impulse foundation.

FAMAE is an independent family foundation that supports innovation in the field of environnement. The foundation organizes every year an International Challenge to help inventors to create simple and innovative solutions that can substantially improve our daily lives, while significantly alleviating environmental footprints.

OSMOSUN® is labelled Efficient Solution by the Solar Impulse foundation since May 2018.
