REUSE: Ultrafiltration Systems
Ultrafiltration is a pressure-driven separation process that removes particles from aqueous solutions. UF membranes, with pore sizes typically ranging from 0.01 to 0.10 µm, effectively retain bacteria, most viruses, as well as colloids and silt. The smaller the nominal pore diameter, the higher the removal efficiency.
Watera ultrafiltration units ensure high-performance water treatment for recycling applications, making them perfectly suited for irrigation, cooling systems (chillers), and as pretreatment for reverse osmosis installations.
